Julie is the main contact for JFM Home Rentals.

 

Julie has a long background in accounting where she specialized in corporate and personal taxes. She ranked, (multiple years) in the top 5% of the nation for tax preparation which includes quantity and more importantly, accuracy. She has been in property management since 1995 and is happy to assist you with any questions.

 

 

Dale Rhoades; Operations

Dale is the manager of repairs and inspections.

 

Dale has spent the last 30 years working for the United States Department of State. Before that he served his country in the United States Airforce. Dale had worked all types of jobs before joining the Air Force from electrical to building parts for machinery. He has been Julie's first contact for simple fixes that do not require a licensed contractor and is a modern day renaissance man.
